Not like there was any queue, we stood right in front of the cashier waiting to be attended to. Not even any apology or anything, just gave me a sour look then proceeded to ignore our existence. The biggest slap to the face is when one of the two workers picked up an online order that literally just came in instead of attending to us. I ordered small caramel macchiato, barista told me he already pressed regular and can't change to small. I told him a bit of caramel drizzle will do, 25% sweetness. It came with full sweetness.

I went back to exchange after few sips, I told him just latte will do, he insist you want to replace I replace same drink.

Then I said fine, without caramel.

He did the same whole drink with caramel and he replied half pump. I repeat caramel machiatto without caramel, he said then it's not caramel machiatto I can't do.

always order store here, due to the taste is pretty standard. Recently is teribble, buy hazelnut hot latte, i feel weird when I hold the cup when I get it as it is lighter than I always bought. I open it up and see it is almost full, but is foam on top. I thought is okay. Store it in fridge, open it next day, all foam disappear and left me half cup of hazelnut latte.
