Excellent service here! Was still feeling hungry after lunch but craving for something sweet and chanced upon this place. They allow for sampling and tasting before purchase. Unfortunately they did not have the waffles which I wanted and the counter staff told the manager on duty who came over to where I was seated and insisted on giving me a free drink- which I repeated to her that I would gladly tip and pay but she said she would not accept any form of cash. If you’re looking for great ice cream and a welcoming atmosphere, Inside Scoop is the place to be. The staff Celine went above and beyond to make my visit a memorable one. She were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the ice cream they serve. She even took the time to ask about my flavor preferences and helped me find the perfect scoop.

The ice cream itself was amazing—super creamy and flavorful. There’s a nice variety of options, and everything is made with care. The shop itself has such a warm, inviting vibe, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or family.

New outlet, reallyy nice place and friendly staff too 👍🏻 I always go to the one in Queensbay, but it’s nice that they now hove store outside malls too. Def more suitable to hangout!

We got the ice cream for only RM1!! Apparently it’s for their first 400 customers, sooooo worth it 😍 Personal fav flavours are their Durian & Dark Chocolate Butterscotch 😩👌🏻 But their mint, marbled sesame & unicorn are equally good too.

It’s nice that you can try first before buying too, since it’s quite on a pricier side. But overall positive experience & would definitely come again to try the ice cream...
