McDonald's Tanjung Tokong DT — Restaurant in George Town

On 26th August 2023, at 9.30pm I went to Mcd Drive Thru. This is my frequent spot. Previously I've encountered few issues with the staff, so rude and zero customer service. This time I talked to the same staff (Female staff, wearing eyelash extension and she scared to reveal her name to me) As usual I make my order she was unable to hear it as I have to raise up my voice. I ask her to check her Mike but she said my car is making terrible noise where she unable to hear my voice (in a very rude manner) after ordering I went went pay, and told her wanna meet her manager, she asked "untuk apa pulak, takde kena mengena pun" her colleague approach and said "tak boleh jumpa manager, belah laa". Lastly she told me that I "mengamuk tak tentu pasal" and slam the window so loud. I never ever in my see this type of customer service staff, so rude whereby I'm paying for my food. Operation manager of Mcdonald tanjung tokong. Please guide your staff the manners and customer service in handling customer. This is not first time. Hope take good action on this. This staff should visit any Starbucks outlet and learn their customer service skills, communication skills and mannerism. Really heartache and disappointed. Quality is better than quantity. The atmosphere is not bad and the food is okay but everytime I visit and while waiting for the food, the worker keep asking and annoy me to fill up their survey. Seriously ? If I don’t feel like doing it then don’t force me. I said it’s okay I don’t want then they kept pestering me to fill up the survey while I’m waiting at the counter for my food !!! Even once when I ordered pick up cause I was rushing, she asked me to fill up survey. I said I’m in a rush, will fill up later. She insisted I pass her my phone and she fill up for me. Hello, you dumb or what ? I left after picking up my stuff, please la I order pick up cause I’m rushing and not there to borak and fill up your fake review form la ok.

Also another thing about atmosphere. There’s a homeless Chinese man that is always sitting nearby the window. Not to discriminate but he’s very dirty and he puts his feet up and his dirty backpack on the table… none of the workers ask him to stop that … lol. So unhygienic !!!!

All in all, don’t ask ppl to fill up your fake mcd reviews and annoy them while they’re just waiting for food !! Then when we customers don’t want, then you black face and membebel to yourself lol. If your service is good, ppl will give...

idk what to say i went for drive thru we need to wait for 25 mins cuz one motobike was stuck due to no respon staff., he even go check till at the back still no one there. no one there and he park his bike and go order inside. my husband go to the pickup drive thru and finally there was an excellent staff was chit chatting behind there. as soon as she saw us she quickly ran back to and talk to the speakers. we make u-turn and go bck to the speaker and she told us to reversed and use 1st speaker ok that one i dont care but out off sudden theres one malay staff guy shouting at us “woi belakang la” i was too stunned to speak. is this how you treat ur cust? after wait for yall to chit chating behind there? i understand im working too but if u really cant cope with your own...
