US PIZZA - Tanjong Tokong — Restaurant in George Town

Scammers !! Dishonest !! We went on a Wednesday, was advised by the receptionist to grab a promo deal which was "Tuesday Deal". When we asked its not Tuesday today, he said its ok no problem.

Later once ordered my 2 pizza was RM67. Later we came across their "hidden" pamphlets and noted the 2 pizza could be bought for RM 43.

The receptionist said it's my fault that i was dint see the pamphlets. After about an hour argument, we asked for soups to make up to our RM67.

The workers are fraud, the manager is a blood...

DISHONEST business. Just distributed a coupon flyer yesterday (see pics). Validity to Dev 31, 2023 (see circled on pics). Went today at 4:30pm and was told the lunch deals (12-2pm) and tea time promos (3-5pm) are "no longer valid". Not that I wasn't in the correct time frame (because I was in the correct time for tea time, and definitely before the expiration date), but because they're not in the system.

Obviously a switch and bait tactic to get people in the shop and then tell them the coupon is no...

Worst service ever. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came to serve me. Rang the bell several times yet no one came to the counter to take our orders even though they were walking in and out of the kitchen. They saw us but didn't even acknowledge our presence. A customer came to the shop to collect her order herself because the place didn't inform her there was no rider for her order. She waited more than 1 hour just to realise there was no rider. If you can't cope with your business...
