This is in response to the management condescending reply to my comment who wants to safe their “image and business” YOU MISSED THE WHOLE POINT OF ME NOT BEING BORN N BROUGHT UP IN THIS COUNTRY. Ur comment “ common courtesy “ is condescending and doesn’t apply to me. When I walked it I wasn’t even treated properly ( lack basic customer skills ) and u without understanding my background and I wasn’t born or brought up here but in Canada. IN CANADA there’s a sign for everything and staff KINDLY INFORM CUSTOMERS WITH A NICE TONE. (The TONE UR STAFF USED WAS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING SHE EVEN ROLLED HER EYES AT ME WHICH I SWEAR TO GOD I EXPERIENCE ) IN CANADA EVEN IF UR NOT PAYING CUSTOMERS U CAN USE THE WASH ROOM BECAUSE OF PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL ISSUES LKKE ME I CAN PROVIDE PROVE and REPORT AND I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE TONALITY OF UR STAFF USED ON ME. After seeing "Fruitmade" mentioned in various online blogs and Instagram posts, we decided to give it a try. The ambiance was pleasant, with a cozy indoor area adorned with lovely tiled floors and wooden furniture. They even had a small section selling cute souvenirs. One of their standout offerings is the dragonfruit and lemon yogurt ice cream, served atop a sliced dragonfruit with mini dragon fruit balls surrounding the creamy swirl and a slice of lemon as garnish. The taste was simply delightful and refreshing, with a unique flavour profile. It quickly became one of my favourite desserts in Penang, providing a healthy and satisfying treat. On the other hand, I must mention that the drinks we tried didn't quite live up to the ice cream. They were overly sweet, syrupy, and had an artificial taste, lacking the freshness...

Got the mango smoothie and peach smoothie. Peach tasted like juice from concentrate. Mango had fresh fruit in it. Wayyyy too much sugar though. We had a rough sugar crash afterwards. Wish we tried the soft serve instead. Concept store is cute, though it was awkward to get seating. One end of the long bench is hard to access, making the whole side of the bench against the wall awkward to use. Cute merchandise (all fruit themed accessories), and the shop lady was really sweet and helpful. Bought the watermelon shoulder bag which perfectly holds my Sony A6500 camera. Cute place to visit once, perfect...
