Pizza Hut Restaurant Tanjung Tokong — Restaurant in George Town

Excited for the genshin collab! Thought it’ll be like dominos but my goodness. No fries. Lack of staff. Been sitting here for an hour and pizza is still not served. They served other tables instead of mine despite being seated WAYY earlier.

Edit: pizza arrived an hour and 15 minutes later looking like it was rushed and prepared poorly.

Edit 2: was suddenly told that the genshin merch was sold out and that it shouldn’t be in the system.

Summary: Waited 1 hour for pizza Was told out of stock once i’m halfway through eating

In the end, We’ve agreed for me to just come back and collect the merch once it’s back in stock..

They serve us with wrong order (beverages) and we ask if it is free and didn’t get a clear respond so we drink it. The cashier later come and ask us to pay since we drink it and we ask for explanation. He said it’s the new worker so new worker doesn’t know and the cashier just help us to make dicision to let us pay even without any sorry and they just walked away. What kind of attitude that mistake made by workers and customer need to pay for it. It shows unprofessional training for new workers and attitude towards customer while making mistakes or facing sudden problems. I had very bad experience, the waiter mixed up our pizza with the other table they took a time and then they told him its not their pizza after that he just took the pizza inside and bring it directly to us it was on the next table for about 5 mis and they already touch it, after I told them you should bring a new pizza they were lying that its new but it got cold. I was angry and finally the agreed to do a new pizza
