Seriously the most OVERRATED PAN MEE in Penang. I went here 2 times, the first time is still okay. The second time, OMG, the worst pan mee I have tasted in my life, waited for 1 hour and all I get is a bowl of noodles that seems to have stick together like there's UHU glue inside the pan mee. After 2 bites of the noodles, I feel like throwing away the noodles. I can tell everyone that if you crave for pan mee, you can go anywhere to eat except this place. The service of the Chinese woman at the cashier is also not very good, she didn't even look at me when she take my order, just busy writing orders. As a customer, I feel like it's a bit rude. And also I think that maybe some of the workers inside cooking the noodles is not experienced enough, that's why I got sticky noodles. In conclusion, just go eat at other hawker stalls or restaurants, don't waste your time and money here, you will be very disappointed. I saw most of the reviews here are good reviews. Well, maybe they are lucky enough to get...
Read moreAs a regular customer I was really disappointed with how they run their business. Don’t call yourself chili panmee if you want to control how many chili a customer can take. Previously they used to have a big bowl of chili to let customer take, now they pack it into individual packing which I think is too little and not environmental friendly as well. I can take more chili when I dine at queenbay mall food court and when I dine at sunshine mall food court the worker say the boss limit only 2 pack of chili per bowl which as a regular customer I am not happy and feel they don’t practice the same rules over all outlet. I simply think you cannot stop a customer from asking for more chili, if you want you can charge me for the extra chili. It’s crazy to control how many chili to give to a customer. Totally disappointed and might not visit this...
Read moreI ordered a couple of signature dry pan mee from this place. Hence, I wanted to share my experience about the food and service for your attention.
Pros: Quick preparation and delivery. (Through foodpanda, that I must mention). Like everybody says, the taste is good, no doubts about it.
Cons: The ordered food (pan mee) was extremely (unbearably) hot(🌶), without adding the chilli padi that they served. It was so spicy, that my husband and I couldn't not complete a even bite of it. We managed it being adults, and I cannot imagine if this was ordered for some kids, which would turn out to be one hell of an experience. I suggest the restaurant to consider this concern and take care in their future food...
