Woody Cafe — Restaurant in George Town

First and foremost, I would say that the ambiance of the cafe was cozy due to the color selection, yet the seats we're stiff so it's not a good place to have long talks with friends, which is dissapointing as I paid quite an amount for the food. Secondly, I would say the customer service was just average and there was nothing exceptional I will explain why this is incredibly important. Next, the food was insanely overpriced, a macaron for RM14 is insane, the macarons texture was also very crunchy which macarons are not supposed to be like. Not only that, the strawberry matcha was priced at RM18, but it tasted like regular matcha that you could get at RM13.The drink called Paris priced at RM17 was just not it, I forgot what the drink was even supposed to be, all it tasted like was sparkling water with a hint of flavouring. However, the tiramisu was a good choice but for RM19 I believe it was too small. This is where customer service comes in, with the price charged this high customer service is supposed to be exceptional as it creates better experience. took a scroll down Armenian Street and this cafe caught my attention and it was worth every bit of my time there on this gloomy thursday evening.

an adorable, colourful, pastel filled environment, felt very cozy just like home. food wise, as a person who don’t quite fancy cempedak in general, their cempedak cheesecake managed to change my whole perspective, i swear it was amazing. for Genmaicha lovers, i would highly recommend their Gen Evening drink too, as it made me felt really zen sipping on it. on the environment and ambience aspect, it is really meant for people who fancy a small, warm, coffee filled aroma surrounding. plus points, the lady boss was super friendly and beautiful as well.
