I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay truly deserves one. From the seamless self check-in process to the impeccable cleanliness, everything about this hotel was top-notch.

Even though it's a self-service hotel, I felt incredibly supported throughout my stay – thanks to Mr. SUTHARSAN, who assisted me remotely with a few questions I had upon arrival. He responded almost instantly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed. His calm and professional approach made everything feel effortless. It’s rare to get that level of care without a front officer, but Mr. SUTHARSAN made it happen!

And I can't praise KAMRAN, the housekeeper, enough. The room was absolutely spotless and refreshed to perfection each day.

For a hotel that runs on self check-in, the human touch is still very much present – and that’s all thanks to dedicated staff like SUTHARSAN and KAMRAN. I felt both independent and taken care of, which is the perfect balance for modern travelers.

Save yourself the time and money. The hotel is next to 3 bars that all play exceptionally loud music until 2am.

You might think the noise does not travel, but it feels like you are in the club singing karaoke with them. You will only get to sleep after 2am when they turn off the music.

Many rooms don't have windows, and if they do have windows, they are slates, so they don't actually close fully, and you can hear every noise from outside.

The walls between each room are made of cardboard. If someone is breathing next door, you can hear it.

We left our booking early with no refund. Stayed afterwards at the Moustache Hauz which was fantastic for a similar price. They had well-insulated rooms and no loud...

This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Don't waste your money here, there are plenty of other options for this price point.

Each night the music from surrounding bars blasts until 2am non stop. It is unbearable even with heavy duty earplugs due to the bass. You will not sleep if you stay here.

We also tried to change rooms and the customer service was awful. They were combative and extremely rude at the suggestion, clearly they have done this before where they will expect guests to just leave without refund.

Ultimately, we left after the 2nd day of no sleep and zero assistance from the management. We moved to a smiliarly priced accommodation, which was far superior in all aspects.
