We had a set dinner of five dishes, the first dish arrives with prawn meatballs crafted to resemble vibrant lychees hanging from a miniature tree. Accompanying was fresh salad garnished with citrus slices and leafy greens. The lifelike elements, including a tiny bird perched on a branch, make this a visually captivating and unique gastronomic experience. Next was a savoury herbal soup made of a pork spareribs with a subtle, slightly bitter undertones from medicinal herbs which was invigorating and left a lingering herbal aroma on the palate. The barbecue belly pork (char siew) was equally brilliant, an ideal mix of fat and lean. The exterior is caramelised, crusty from the barbeque, giving each bite a satisfying initial crisp. As you chew the fat melts seamlessly, releasing a rich, smoky sweetness, making the char siew both indulgent and irresistibly succulent. We had two noodles, one a tang hoon laced with fish fillet and prawns and the other just “Ee Mee’ fried with truffle oil. Infused with the truffle oil, the “Ee mee” carries an aromatic depth that elevates its simplicity a refined taste with each bite. The lingering truffle fragrance make this noodle irresistibly savoury. To finish off, we indulged in a refreshing dessert of “Tong Sui” a perfect, cooling end to a memorable meal. Tried their 3888++ cny set but overall taste so bad... 1) Yee Sang - taste not bad with good ingredients 2) Soup - taste not bad either, taste flavorful 3) 盆菜 - taste so bad, the broth so tasteless and definitely undercooked. The mushroom and abalone texture is so hard and tasteless inside. Some more the sea cucumber and shark fins are too big pieces. Please, not just put all the expensive ingredients and it will magically taste nice, the broth is lousy, everything will taste bad 4) Lobster - Just a nightmare to eat the lobster, definitely overcooked, the texture is so hard and the inside has smelly taste. And the ginger onion sauce put too much cooking wine. Exactly same taste like directly drink the cooking wine. So disappointed and wasted the good ingredients. Totally inedible!!! 5) 东星斑 - another waste of good fish, abit 腥 inside. The sauce also put too much cooking wine. Also taste bad. 6) 腊味饭 - the 腊肠 has very strong red wine taste, but in a very bad way. The rice like not enough season, the chef probably too overconfident with the ingredients and didn't put enough soya sauce. Smell nice but taste bad. 7) Dessert - no comment because changed to ice cream. Overall not worth at all. Friendly reminder, just using good and expensive ingredients won't magically become a good food, a bad broth or seasoning will still ruin the taste.

Semi open kitchen where customers can overlook the kitchen activities thru glass. Roasted Duck is available, some items needs prebooking. Ample parking is large area. Kids and wheel chair friendly. Very recommended! ⭐️ Braised Shark Fin Soup w/ Crab Meat: delicious dish, rich broth, full w/ filling, recommended! ⭐️ Fried Grouper Fillet w/ Spicy Sambal: one of the best dish we tried. Fresh fish, crunchy and tasty spicy Sambal as topping. Must try! ⭐️ Braised Beancurd w/ Pine Nuts: yummy! Silky smooth tofu , flavourful gravy and nice topping w/ pine nuts, chunky prawn etc. Recommended! ⭐️ Pan Fried Prawn w/ Mayonaise Tata Sauce: quite good, big prawn that crunchy inside, tasty dish. ⭐️ Stir Fried French Bean w/ Minced Pork: nice dish, minced pork is tasty too. ⭐️ Deep Fried Almond Chicken: delicious sauce, plenty of almond slices and crispy, yummy! ⭐️ Gan Yi Cai Chao Fen: delicious fried rice with small rice anchovies, fragrant, tasty char, must try!
