Dropped by ZUS Coffee at Eco Botanic for a quick caffeine fix and it turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant spot. It’s a no-frills kind of place—nothing too fancy or loud—which is exactly what I like when I just want a good cup of coffee and a peaceful environment.

Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of coffee they serve. The Americano I had was bold and smooth, no burnt aftertaste like some chain joints. The seating area is clean, cozy, and usually not too crowded, making it a nice spot to sit, sip, and chill either alone or with a friend.

It’s not a place that tries too hard—it’s just comfortable, accessible, and dependable. Definitely one of those low-key cafés I’ll return to when I want good coffee...

First time getting 2 coffees here ended up waiting for 30 mins. Why? They confirmed two orders and made one that sit nonchalantly for 20 mins before realizing there’s another one that’s pending, meanwhile they happily chat away and joke away.

Erased it as a one off meanwhile second time; they couldn’t care less and end up joking and playing around more than doing their actual work and alas waited more than 30 mins and also they got so many orders wrong that many patrons have to correct them.

Zus have so many great promotion deals but I don’t think your staff are capable handling your promotion better yet maybe during promotion please add more staff so they can handle the amount of order coming in.

2 female employees complain about people who order in big amount of drinks. Most of the time if I pick up my order female employees will give attitude. it had always been me who smile and say thank you to them first, while they always give me side eyes.

Male employees normally pretty much neutral about big orders. Maybe I should switch to Gelang Patah outlet next time because they never give me attitude and always welcome with smile...
