My son loves baby shark so when we saw this place, for the price, we were glad he could spend the whole day day.

However, the boy in this picture wearing red at the front desk left such a horrible impression for us, which was rather unfortunate as this place had potential.

Came in, he acts like he ran the place but Ive never seen such a useless and lazy person working in this industry. Stood there waiting for him, he did not even acknowledge us, left us standing there for a good 10 minutes and just bluntly pointed to a piece of paper before leaving the place. Not a single word communicated by this rude fella.

Another lady had to rush over to cover the mess this horrid individual created. The lady was really sweet to provide us information, the steps involved and collecting payment so that our excited son could get in as soon as possible.

This establishment would do well if they would hire more people like the hijab lady instead of this useless individual who only sits at the front, plays with his handphone and was busy throwing thrash to and fro with the cleaner outside.

I wanted to raise a complaint because this was not acceptable. A tainted experience from an annoying individual when it could have been a really good experience for the kids. Again, lost of potential because of this entitled individual. Management, you need to do your job and let go of those causing your business to close down. My son is a huge Baby Shark fan, so when we heard about the Baby Shark indoor playground at Paradigm Mall, we were excited to take him there. Seeing his face light up with joy was a truly memorable parenting moment.

The Playground:

The playground is a decent size for an indoor facility, offering a variety of play areas for kids to explore. These include colorful slides, bouncing areas, a sand playground, building blocks, a ball pool, and more. We spent nearly two hours there on a Saturday, and surprisingly, it wasn't overly crowded. There was ample space for kids to run around without bumping into each other.

Areas for Improvement:

While the playground offers plenty of fun, we noticed some areas and toys were poorly maintained or damaged. This didn't seem to bother my son, who was still thoroughly entertained and amazed by the Baby Shark characters displayed throughout the area.

Overall:

We arrived early, so we were among the first in the park, and it wasn’t crowded at all. This was a huge plus, as it allowed our kids to explore all the various attractions at their own pace. There was a fantastic variety of facilities to keep them entertained, making it suitable for children aged 2 to 12.

One highlight was the dedicated play area for younger children, where they could build with toy bricks while we kept an eye on them. This thoughtful design allowed us to relax while ensuring our little ones were engaged and safe.
