I ordered a hot thai milk tea to go. I was given my tea in a takeaway cup with a tissue. I asked for a carrier as I was carrying a baby on me. The lady said they did not have any even when i explained I was afraid of burning my baby. She just stood there staring back at me. I left and went back again, to see if they have a plastic they could put over the cup, whatever minimal i could get. This time round, another lady served me. She gave me a round paper to seal around the cup, and a carrier to take away. Chatrumae is a proper brand of tea in Sg and Thailand. To be served in this manner by the first lady was confusing and disheartening. I hope nobody else gets their tea in such a sad state as I did. I am truly thankful for the second lady's help. First time tried seriously not even taste like matcha that I had before other places !!!! And also staffs all very rude no hello no thanks not even have basic greetings to customer already waiting in line to make order got 2 malay staffs there don't even bother just using phone 🙄 wth!!! If don't want to work just go resign don't treat customer like this we all paid for it nothing is free I hope management will take action on ur bad...
