First of all, trust me, these awful awful reviews from everyone are as true as they can be. These are mine They are very careless about your order. We ordered a delivery, almost an hour later, no response from them despite the status of our order is in progress. So we went to the outlet and found these "workers" loitering outside while only two staffs doing all the work in the kitchen. It's extraordinarily infuriating that there are loads of Delivery bikes outside, not going anywhere. When we asked about our order. We were responded "Sorry bang, order dah kebawah dah banyak sangat masuk tadi" but if that's the case, why were there only 2 people breaking their backs in the kitchen? Why are the others are outside as if it's their local kedai kopi? So we have to wait an extra 30mins for our order. What's funny is that how everyone eventually came in after our order "mistake" acting like they're very hard workers. This place is a joke. I don't know what the manager is thinking? Look at everyone's reviews, shouldn't you take a hint? I hope your investors don't see this. Very poor performance, and I've worked in F&B, this is upsetting no matter the cause. The food? The food was mediocre. Not the worst, but okay at best. So that's okay, but after waiting that long (a whole hour) for a delivery and having to pick it up ourselves made the food not so good anymore don't you think? Scratch that, not even picking up, we have to wait again.
I don't think my comments are rude if everyone is having similar experiences. I'm not bashing from hate, I'm trying to help. I’ve ordered a few times from here before and have received the food cold but otherwise everything else was somewhat in order, but the worst I recently experienced was when I ordered at 10pm & they accepted my order which makes sense since closing time is 11pm. Kept checking tracker and nothing was updated until 10:45pm when they finally said order in oven followed by order ready in store. After that was silence. No update, no call from delivery rider, nothing. We were wondering where our food went and it was getting so late and we lost our appetite by this point. At 11:30pm, suddenly tracker updated to say “rate your order”. No call from rider, no picture of delivery. So I went down to check and found there was no pizza delivered. waited for another 30 mins downstairs and we thought we just got scammed so we head back up. It was past midnight already and we tried calling the dominos hotline which is so useless and unhelpful as they kept cutting the call and saying the store closed already. So we were tired and hungry, and it was way past the delivery time so we placed an order for other food. Just right after we did that, got a call from rider saying he dropped off the pizza. What the hell is this? Making us wait for so long, then no compensation for it. Food was so soggy and so cold. To make things worse the quality of the food was horrible. Burnt pizza, sour taste of the tomato base used & burnt garlic loaf. Useless service and honestly the worst experience ever. Never ordering from here again. It’s a Friday evening, I placed the order through Foodpanda at 6.36pm, waited an hour the status finally updated as “order on its way”. One hour later, my pizza was not delivered, and the distance between this Domino outlet and my house is just 5 mins drive.
My dad went to the outlet at around 8.30pm, guess what the staff told him. They just started to prepare my order. I WASTED 2 HOURS OF WAITING AT HOME! Not only myself, few people also showed up at the outlet because of not receiving their orders after few hours.
It should be a dinner, but then turned into a supper. Can Domino Malaysia treat this seriously? If you can’t commit the order, why you collect the payment at first? Even update the status makes everyone waiting for so long. Nationwide hotline also no one is responding, I called the number 7 times, wishing there’s someone who can assist.
