McDonald's Desa Tebrau DT — Restaurant in Johor

Bad experience for hosting party in this outlet.

Booking successful thru official website but wasn't capture in the store when we arrive. There no point of contact when you reach the store, they just ask you wait in the party room and serve food like normal customer. Put all the food in the party room without telling you what's the Set, some burger wrap with different paper wrap, order all messy. During booking told us can mix order breakfast and regular meal, one night before told us cannot order breakfast. During booking said there will be free mini softserve cone for kid. When arrive said they don't give anymore. Both 4 & 5 was finally given after feedback to McD staff. The promises free game for kids was not given, after party end and paid only pass us the game sheet, ask us to bring home play. The worse part is, party room aircond is Malfunction. 30 pax people inside the party room sweating and the staff do not allow us to open the door entirely. The aircond only working when the party almost end.

The only good point is this branch is consider new compare to others, and the food is still on par with standard.

Anyhow, will never held party...

I believe one little smile won’t kill a person especially understand is Monday but please you are working under FnB! Please train you staff properly especially conduct in drive thru customer.

I was at drive thru and staff spoke on first terminal to order front so I go front terminal and I say hello like a stupid person than I go counter and look at her and she look at my face. I asked her should order at counter and she said yes ( no smile at all with unwanted working face) make my day so bad!

I asked her the MCD chicken she said have to wait 20 to 30 min because they not cook a lot I’m like what the and is 11.30am and going to be lunch hour already, I’m speechless !

I leave like a stupid person, this will be my first and last to come this MCD and I won’t recommend to...
