I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I encountered at the McDonald's Takeaway located at [Location] earlier this morning.
At approximately 9:50 AM, I approached the counter to place an order, as I have done routinely in the past. However, I was informed that the breakfast hours had ended, and I was asked to wait until 10:00 AM to place my order for lunch. This unexpected requirement to wait not only caught me off guard but also resulted in a waste of valuable time, as my companions and I waited for the clock to strike 10.
Once the clock hit 10:00 AM, we proceeded to place our order. To our astonishment, we noticed that many individuals who had queued up after us were already receiving their food and leaving. Regrettably, our order was nowhere in sight. Our order consisted of a double cheeseburger set and a mix & match combination of an Mv chicken and an apple pie.
It came as a surprise to me that these seemingly straightforward items would take an excruciatingly long time to prepare. To our dismay, we were required to wait an additional 20 minutes for our order to be fulfilled, making the total waiting time an astonishing 30 minutes. This delay not only caused a significant inconvenience but also resulted in my tardiness for work, something that I take very seriously.
I must express my disappointment with the overall experience I had at your establishment today. As a customer, I have always held McDonald's in high regard for its efficiency and quality service. However, this unfortunate incident has tarnished my perception.
I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and address the issues I have raised. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. I value my time and patronage, and I believe every customer should be treated with respect and prompt service.

Read moreI won't give any rating stars at all whatsoever but apparently had to in order to post it. Too many bloody mistakes done by the crew from Mcdonald Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru. And it's always mistakes done during a take away order whether from the restaurant itself, or even order via Food Panda. There is always an item missing from the order, example, ordered a meal with dessert like Apple Pie but when I checked, there is no Apple Pie inside the bag! Sometimes even missing a fries! And myself or my wife had to do a quality check before heading home. Is it our job??? It is your job to ensure our orders is fully packed! Previously we ordered our breakfast via Food Panda. Surprisingly..., information given at Food Panda's app is totally opposite from what we received. That's it! I HAD ENOUGH. I came over to the restaurant and confronted Two so called Managers, named Ms. Iwana & Ms. Nurul. Young managers but lacked of customer service & work experiences. On another note, I called Mcdonald Permas Jaya numerous times and yet no ANSWERS. What's the point having a landline but too damn lazy to answer it. Read moreThe staffs is not friendly not hygienic at all.. not following the sop aswell , no gloves worn on their hand during food preparation or serving as I was shocked when I saw two of the staffs preparing the cone ice cream without wearing gloves and they just place the ice cream cone on the counter just like that without any tissues underneath it.. that is so unhygienic expecially during this covid pandemic Pathetic. My sister was waiting for her number , without any information the staff just straight go the table where our number is placed and kept the food there .. luckily I noticed if not we might waiting fort long time .. I was like repeating my orders for few times and they keep on missed out something and gave the wrong one , when I went to the counter for exchange the staff just snatched the food from my hand without apologizing.. No smiling or gesture of thank you, except for one lady staff is friendly I guess the duty manager she assist us with the orders .. others all like some kind of robot working there...
