QualiTea Mount Austin — Restaurant in Johor

My first experiences are not that bad and this current visit. We reached around 9pm and I considered ordering a lot of food for 2 people which cost me around RM 190... We specifically mention the dessert comes later after we finish our meal.. When all the food arrives, which is almost 9.20pm.

At 9.30pm one of the staff came over and said it's the last order and we said ok.. but never heard clearly that she mentions is to serve the dessert. After a min which is at 9.31pm we call the staff and mention that we need the dessert later as they just served the main food. The waitress that attended to us looked like a supervisor and she said ok.

(Common sense, you just send us all the main dish and 5 min later you want to serve the "ICE CREAM".)

The best part of all.. the staff is "VERY RUDE" when she came over and confront us... Said we said ok to serve!. I don't know if the staff is lacking communication (even with walkie talkies) or they simply don't really care and want to get off work early.

If you guys are not intent on taking care of your cafe business or can't manage to serve with good attitude and service.. please do let the customer know! I can go to another place to spend my RM190...

Final words! YOU BUNCH OF VIETNAMESE DON'T MOCK ME WITH YOUR LANGUISH! WHEN I LEFT THE PLACE... IT'S DISGUSTING! I AM A CUSTOMER THAT PAY MONEY AND NOT...

Very poor service .. never tell what time the shop close. Even 1st time I came to shop at 935pm.. I tot the shop open till late .. I came with my family about 7 people.. around 10pm , tell me last order now . Then food came around 1030pm++ . Around 11pm tell me , the shop going to close. So we give u 5 min to finish ur food. Even my 5 years old kid haven’t finish her meal. Imagined the others . Even we order desert ice cream and etc. so disappointed. In the end I left over my dessert and drinks. How to pack up my half eating dessert.. why not they just tell me last call order is 10pm .. So that I look for other shop . They just welcome us and give me menu book and rush us at 10pm .. they never mention their shop closing time on any board or door entrance.. I’m very2 regret to eat there with my bill more than rm250++++. Pls improve ur service and let ur customer to have a peace of mind to eat...

Ambience : nice place. Spacious and wide.

Food: ordered the chicken chop, kids meals, and the 出钱一丁 noodles. The chicken chop with mushroom sauce is soso only, the chicken is abit too dry and the sauce is quite average. Sauce is not fragrant and a little bit sticky. Could be better. The noodles is quite nice, but no bonus points here because its just instant noodle with the condiments . The kids meal is also normal, fried popcorn chicken and rice with yakult.

Drinks The bubble tea here is awesome. Order milk tea with pearl and red tea with pearl. Very nice. So good that I ordered 1 more to go. But sadly they got my order wrong. Told them less sweet and they didn't register it in. I think the staff have no clue what is was talking about.

Service.

Average. The Waiter/waitress don't understand English and understand only...
