Restaurant Bar 9 玖 ( Taman Pelangi ) — Restaurant in Johor

Well service was good to be honest. The 2 ladies who attended to my table were good. The gentleman who was at the bar certainly needs more training in customer handling.

Now this restaurant is not easy to locate as it's situated on the first floor above ground. Decor is good, so is the ambience. But what's missing here ? The X factor.

Whoever was incharge of music for the night ... created a mess .... at times there was music, then there was no music, and then music could be heard again. No connectivity between the genres or the tempi played.

Air-conditioning could have been cooler. I did not order food nor did most of the patrons.

It was 945pm on a Saturday night. There was no live band here. They could not get their music right. Will i return ? No.

You can come here if you are looking for a quiet...

For those who loves cold beer, here is the place.

Glad to have come here as we were looking for a place to chill. Only issue seems to be the location as my Grab cant find and went to another lane. Luckily i saw on the map and guide him over.

The inside vs the outside of the place. Total n complete mismatch i would say. Its a very nice cosy place. perfect for a hang out + drink beer + watch EPL on the big screen. Totally enjoyed ourselves and esp the cold beer from the tap.

The staff were also very quick each time we called (but then again, its a lazy Sunday with small crowd).

Good place + Great Vibes + Reasonable $$ = will be...

To be fair, we just had dinner before coming here so we only ordered their sweet potato fries and some beers. We got here abit early like 9pm so there wasn't much people. But I love the vibe, interior is nice and cosy. Music live band is great. His name is Leman and he's got a lovely voice and some guitar skills. Such great talent in JB. Definitely coming back here for...
