Restoran Habib (Permas) — Restaurant in Johor

Being almost every day at this place for my daily meals I have seen much effort and changes made by the owner to improve the customers experience. During special occasion like festive or football season appropriate decorations had been put on to enhance the vibe. For daily offering some new items were also introduced and this has given some renewed impact to customer like me who frequent this place. The latest was Tandoori chicken and Naan. My all time favourite here is the mutton curry which is cooked to perfection in a tasty thick gravy. During evening till late you can watch football on few big tv screen. They also offer food delivery through Food Panda. Fairly priced and affordable they have managed to offer that extra touch compared to other mamak place. The only thing to improve is the attentiveness and efficiency of the staffs that are sometimes lacking and seem unorganised. Anyway the staffs are still friendly. Super bad experience here. I tried to order a cup of hot masala chai without the condensed milk (but rather only evaporated milk) to go. The cashier didn't understand me at all and that's fine, we sorted that out and he finally got me.

Interestingly, he charged me RM1 EXTRA for omitting the condensed milk. Why? Was my request so hard to make that he decided he had to charge the extra fee?

Besides, I really wish they'd put my hot drink in a container that's not a plastic bag. I only found out about that when I got my drink in the end. (Note: the masala chai tasted decent though)

Those things aside, they do have a good outdoor sitting area and wide array of food options.

But does anyone know if they disallow people taking pictures/videos? I was questioned by a staff (who seemed to be of senior) because I took a short video of the surroundings to send to my family member. It seemed kinda...

I have visit the pasir pelangi restaurant and I heard the staff was using a bad words which not a pleasant way of atmosphere. As a server( Indian) its would make a other Indian uncomfortable especially when we visit with our parents and children. The foreign worker shoud know the way of speaking while a same race customer came down for business. I coudnt recognise the guy. But this guy look like super skinny and stand in cashier counter. The body wise he look like an drug addict. Kindly do an vernal action towards this...
