"HAA NAK APA?"
Its not my first rodeo to call a shop first to get an info whether the things I want is available or not. Then I'll book it or go there to make a purchase.
But this is my first time where I received half hearted treatment from Secret Recipe staff. Mind you I've called Secret Recipe Taman Universiti prior & they were very helpful at informing they don't have lots of cake choices. I called the next nearest Secret Recipe outlet which is this one, 4 times it went unanswered. It was around 2.47pm & I waited between calls just in case they were busy. Thankfully it was picked up at my fifth attempt & the first thing I was greeted with was "Haa.. Nak apa?"
Just in case I was wrong, I asked for confirmation that this is Secret Recipe Paradigm. Another short half hearted "ya".
I ignored it & proceed to ask if all the cakes listed on their online website available at their outlet. The person answered me with again half hearted attitude "Ya". I proceeded to book a whole choc brulee cake. Then the person said it was not available 🤣. So I asked "Ok.. ada cake lain yang tak available ke?" & the person ckp "Tak. Semua cake ada."🤦♀️ I asked for a whole salted macadamia cake. Again I was told that "takda".
At this point I was frustrated but I held it in, I tanya "boleh tak bagitau saya cake apa yang awak ada atau yg takda?". The person ckp "Semua ada...." 🙄
I was closed to burst at her so I quickly said I'll called back later. And guess what, my colleagues went there & they said they received similar half-hearted & rude treatment. They were so annoyed that they were willing to go to Setia Tropika outlet to purchase the cake rather than purchasing it at this outlet.
Please.. Perhaps only few staff are like this but you are ruining it for others. Mind you, you're in food & service industry. Don't take my experience to label all the staff here as...

My wife and I waited for 30mins for our meal and ended up the waiter give 1 dish instead of two nd i went to counter (cashier) to ask about the ordered dish cmg to know that the waiter didnt take down our order correctly and completely. One of the staff name (amir from management) being so rude n giving lame excuse saying that v didnt order second dish reason. Okay fine....cmg back to real spark
V proceed to order the dish we wanted to dine in which is macaroni prawn chess....so thy did informed us wait for 10 mins will serve the food
But......
Even After, I reminded them about my orders, they served me wrong dish which is carbonara with beef stripe pasta which is totally wrong .and the best part is i am hindu !!!
*i had terrible experience with paradigm SR outlet and lets talk about the service baldy dam lousy n rude staff especially a staff named Amir.
Ended up i gt so frust n was in rush to catch my 9pm show....my day n mood...

The only reason I dined at SR Paradigm Mall was because it’s more nearer to my house and I was craving for caesar salad today. When the staff at SR Paradigm served me this thing, it made me lose my appetite. Oh, the food was served cold by the way.
