Sinalau Brothers — Restaurant in Johor

I recently dined at Sinalau Brothers, and it was a memorable experience. I ordered the Sinalau, a standout dish, which was a smoky delight. The aroma of the barbecue was irresistible and made my mouth water with anticipation. I also tried the pork ribs, which were tender and flavorful—one of the best I've had.

I even sent some Sinalau to a sabahan friend who work in Singapore, she was impressed by the "lada" and described it as “Pergh…”—a real hit! For me, the lada was a fantastic addition, enhancing the flavors perfectly. Another highlight was the Tuhau, a plant sauce that I absolutely love and was thrilled to see on the reception counter.

Came here to support their soft opening and was thrilled to try out their different menus because the food are all so so delicious! Mojitos are without rum, but they have beers too. There are burgers, wraps, rice, soup and as for the pork you can opt for belly or rib.
