There’s no sushi on the belt after that time, and although you can place manual orders, the last order is taken at 8:45 pm, despite the restaurant staying open until 9:30 pm. After 8:45 pm, you’ll mostly see the staff cleaning up, and no more food will be available.
They also charge 10% service charge and 6% tax, even though we had to scan the QR code and order everything ourselves, with minimal service other than food delivery to the table. Why pay a service charge when there’s hardly any service?

Read moreI always love Sushi Mentai. It's my go to for a quick lunch. This time around, I had the sashimi salad and it was delicious, the sesame sauce complemented the salad just right. Value for money too if you're on a budget. After finishing the salad, I didn't have much room for sushi but I went for sushi so sushi it is. I also tried the Devil's Egg and surprisingly good. It's something I would eat again.
