Wonderful place to chill here. Quiet and peaceful. I like the new concept whereby family mart has tables n chairs. It's. More of a lifestyle shop than just a convenience store. Prices are relatively reasonable. Food here r fresh and constantly changing. U get a good mix of food and essentials for travellers especially who need to get hygiene products. Love the air con too! Matcha FM sedap tau, kau saja ek nak kasi company kau lingkup. Kadang kan, customer tak mintak pon kau rushing prepare order dia. KAU BUAT JE LAH KERJA IKUT SOP! Susah ke? BUKAN KAU YANG KENA FIKIR NAK BUAT SOP MACAM MANA! Tu pon susah ke? I don’t care lah if its whether the order came in too early ke apa. Kau tak sempat nak check barang and update dalam shoppee food ke apa. Aku tak nak tau lah if budak closing semalam tak update item86 ke apa. KAU BOLEH CALL KAN?? KAU RASA CEASAR WRAP DENGAN SHAWARMA WRAP TU RASA DIA SAMA KE? TAU TAK BEZA DIA MACAM LANGIT DENGAN BUMI? Also, memang simply nak bagi customer yang order by delivery app cookie yang tak famous ke? Nak kurangkan wastage? (Go see in shoppe app for review. Im not the only one who kena) Bapak kau ah! Aku bayar, bukan mengemis. Ni kalau dah buat review macam ni, and FM tak take any action. Baik tutup je lah outlet ni. Berniaga buat sakitkan hati orang buat apa eh.

Please take action against your staff named Haryati, her attitude is completely unacceptable. She’s rude, constantly raises her voice, and treats customers like they’re a bother. On 9th July 2025, she and a male staff member were seen scolding almost every customer who walked in. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s downright disrespectful.

To make things worse, your customer service was extremely slow, and instead of helping, they made the whole experience even more...
