TOI Dine & Bar — Restaurant in Johor

Recently dined at this restaurant and ordered the clam spaghetti, but it was quite disappointing. The dish was underseasoned and lacked any real flavor. The clams themselves were not fresh, with most being tiny, and out of the 16 clams served, 12 were closed. I'm not sure if this is typical,

The most amusing part of the experience came when I pointed out that the spaghetti was tasteless and requested chili powder to improve the flavor. To my surprise, they said they didn’t have any and instead offered me barbecue powder! Barbecue powder on spaghetti? This was supposed to be some "Indian-style Western"?

I recently had a meal at TOI and was blown away by the food quality. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful.

I had the carbonara spaghetti. The bacon and iberico was cooked perfectly — slightly roasted on the outside and tender on the inside. The carbonara sauce just the right amount of richness.

Even the mashed potatoes were amazing — creamy and full of flavor. Every bite tasted fresh and well-prepared, making it clear the kitchen takes pride in their ingredients.

My experience at Toi Dine and Bar was truly memorable. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and sophisticated. I tried one of their signature dishes — Iberico Collar steak — and it was cooked to perfection, tender and full of rich flavor. The Iberico Pork Berger is very delicious too. The soup portion is very generous. The mushroom soup is very creamy. The staff were attentive and made me feel well taken care of without being intrusive.
