Bad service Issue happen on 24-25 aug 2024 Actually in 24 morning around 6am I bought fish kicap sardin n sambar I bought . The staff told me Rm10 . I was bring motor bike n started to rain so I quick from the shop very fast bcz of rain. I take my lunch at 2pm . Once i open the food there only give fish kicap n sambar I was curious where is my sardin. 25 aug I went to restaurant around 10am I was tell to staff yesterday I bought one set why I don't get my sardin . He cannot get me bcz he is Foreign. He called the lady owner who was sitting. She ask me what hppn I tell to her story. And than she said to me only fish kicap Rm10 I was shocked 🙄 I asked to her yesterday your staff tell Rm 10 fish kicap n sardin together now u said only fish kicap for Rm10. Wht was actually price.she called his staff she ask inform of me only fish Rm 10 rite. Staff was said No' . She said oik only fish kicap 10 rite again to the staff. She wanted the staff to said Rm10 and he osl said Yes' after I bought I ask for resit there only hv manual resit. I brought food for 2 person. My fiance bought egg samabl fish curry n cabbage Rm9.50. For me Rm10.While she written the resit i ask for how much she been very rude😏 i asked to her without u saying how im going to pay. She tell me i was writing the resit rite why u cannot wait n said to i need to prepare money rite rite thts im asking u. I asked her y u been rude to me .she keep quiet. Tht fish is not to expensive osl incase Ikan bawal or anything I can say its was expensive . Moral of the story is the price there putting is not fix And staff put different price owers put different price . Bcz we working at singapore not mean we rich .

I would say the food good but as usual attitude problem. Arrogancy to top notch. Buy what is funny here, arrogant but no common sense and unable to think forward. There is no QR to make payment. Its so easy peasy that everything is on your fingertips. Perhaps if can reduce the ego and arrogance, there are chances to learn many new things. Come on la, those chinese uncles at hawker shop and pasar malam also have QR ready. And this ppl still with their old school method of using Bank transfer,...just like grinding chutney...😅😅😅... You see, doesn't mean if someone have fame, name and some rank/position, doesn't mean they are knowledgeable you know... And arrogance will swipe away everything we have just like that....

Amazingly delicious food with great variety of both non-veg and veg dishes....brings one back to feelings of home cooked food. The only awkward thing is the way they calculate the price. When you bring the food back to the table, the cashier will come to the table and look at ur food and record down the items right beside you and sometimes will ask what's the item😅...if they can find a better way (calculate while you are ordering), I will give 5 stars for service!
