I would like to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which was quite disappointing and led to me deciding not to visit again.
Firstly, I had to wait an extended amount of time before anyone attended to take my order, despite making multiple requests for a takeaway. I noticed the staff was engaged in conversations with each other, walking around, and not paying attention to my needs, even though I was the only customer before another arrived. The other customer, who came after me, was attended to by three staffs, and I was completely ignored until that customer felt compelled to ask the staff to assist me. This made me feel undervalued and overlooked, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that your pricing seems inconsistent. On each visit, the price has varied, and it appears to be getting more expensive over time. For example, I was recently charged RM10 for half a portion of rice with soy sauce chicken. I believe the prices should be standardized and clearly communicated, as fluctuating prices create confusion and frustration.
Overall, I am disappointed by both the service and the quality of food. The staff should be trained to provide better attention to all customers and ensure that everyone is treated equally. I also recommend assigning a supervisor to oversee customer service to ensure consistent and fair treatment. Until these issues are addressed, I will unfortunately not be returning.
