Cruise Kebab كروز كباب — Restaurant in Kedah

The place was only 4 days old when we dined here. The place was quite cosy and clean. There weren't as many customers, either because the place was recently opened or because the restaurant is a bit hidden from the main road. The restaurant is just behind the Taxi service stand in Jalan Pantai Cenang and just across the road from Orkid Ria seafood. The place serves mainly Arabic/Turkish food. The lamb kebab and the chicken 65 with rice was tasty. Perhaps slightly pricey than local food but just like any other Arabic eateries in Langkawi you couldn't really find Arabic food...

I happened upon this place on my way to find a meal for dinner and I was more than impressed. "Z" was my waitress and she is beyond helpful. I was looking for a traditional Malaysian meal for my last night in Malaysia and I had the Briyani lamb with the recommendation from Z. This restaurant is located just off the main road in Cenang. Clean, newly opened location. Food was ok, quite tasteless and had to be salted. The lamb shawarma was dry, we've had better and cheaper a few meters away. The strawberry milkshake on the menu was actually lukewarm yoghurt lassi. Other than that the staff was really nice and the service was overall good.
