You'll see from my profile that I don't write many, if any reviews. However we stayed in Langkawi for 4 days and came back to this restaurant for 3 dinners. It perfectly hits the spot. Delicious. Fantastic. Great value for the portion sizes you get. If I saw the tables from the street, I likely wouldn't think to stop. But that's what gives it even more charm. It's a small outdoor seating restaurant with the main kitchen and tendoori oven outdoors right next to you. The naan is freshly rolled out beside you as you watch them at work. We tried the butter chicken, chicken masala, butter/garlic naan, yogurt SOS, Allo Gobi, tendoori chicken tikka... All were delicious and very well portioned. We've been travelling South East Asia for 2 months and this is the first restaurant we found that we instantly became addicted to. 3 visits in 4 days speaks for itself.... The awesome staff is just icing on the cake. Very helpful, very kind, always want to make sure you have a good time.

Of course, I'm not expecting spicy with butter paneer (tofu in this case - though paneer is what's on the menu) but the curry was especially tasteless and sadly the salt, in fact, did help. Also, something (couldn't quite see what) of my meal came out of their microwave. I don't want to advertise for other restaurants, but I'll say that you can find better Indian food elsewhere.
I'll say that the service was...
Read moreThe smoke grill is hands down one of the best Indian-Pakistani restaurants in ! The food is full of authentic flavours and cooked to perfection every single time. The fish fry is crispy and delicious, the butter chicken masala is rich and creamy with just the right amount of spice, and the dal tarka tastes like real home cooking. Their naan breads are soft, warm, and pair perfectly with every dish. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is relaxed — perfect for both lunch... Every visit feels satisfying and comforting. If you’re craving genuine Indian and Pakistani flavours, the smoke grill is a must-try. Highly...
