Black Canyon AEON Bukit Tinggi — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

Basically we choose to lunch here to search for Western dish. Eventhough this is maybe the third time here..but we forgot that this restaurant was more to Asian too.. the waiter greet us warmly at the entrance and show us for our seating. Lucky for us the place was not too crowded even its on Sunday. Since we're no too hungry.. we choose something lighter. Our option is Pradkrapaw rice set, grill chicken wings, chic ham & cheese sandwich and french fries.. the food was good.. but the second set of the checken wing (we ordered 2 sets) arrived quite longer from other dishes. Menu are diversed here.. you can choose from lamb grill to tom yum.. the ambiance was great with quotes on the wall.. the waiters is courteous.. the place is great even to have a cup of coffee...

Ur so rude miss.. we’re waiting so long then u just suddenly take our food because it’s for other table.. just explain nicely we can understand… we’re eating then u suddenly take the food because it’s for other table … it’s not our fault also miss .. we are not the one who take that food.. it’s ur robot who sent it there miss.. why so rude… we’re so embarrassed of what u did.. it’s not my first time dine in there .. please next time tell nicely.. we don’t eat there for free .. we will pay … our first order also already wrong but still we’re waiting.. ur so rude miss .. explain first we can understand English Malay Tamil.. don’t just take the food away and telling us it’s for different table…...

Bad experience here. Took so long to place order, called first waiter but been ignored, called second waiter she asked to wait but never come back, third waiter also asked to wait and attend after heard harsh words from me. Understood if so busy during ramadan but can tidy up the table, can let many new customers come in, but take order less than a minutes also took so long and need to called for many times. So unpleasant environment to eat and chill, staff works very loud, can hear few glasses broken and noisy cutleries sound from kitchen area. Wont come back, kedai tomyam tepi jalan pun tak bising macam ni, staff macam menyebai buat kerja semua...
