I recently visited this place and had a truly disappointing experience. We ordered both the meehoon and mee, but to our dismay, both dishes were incredibly sour and lacked any sort of flavor. It was as if the ingredients were not fresh or the recipe was poorly executed. The meals were simply not tasty at all, and it was hard to enjoy even a single bite.

Read moreThis place has gone from bad to worse. I remember my parents told me they used to go here during the 60s when they were staying in Klang and it was a famous restaurant in Klang at that time. However now their tasteless dhal and diluted fish curry will really put you off and make you think twice before going there again. Wonder how they manage to run the restaurant serving this kind of tasteless food. However they are famous for their pagoda and fried mee goreng which draws a large crowd. Read moreVery good mee goreng ayam (fried noodles with chicken) for myr 9! Presentation wise it's very messy, but trust me, it tastes really good. Famous among the Indian community, but alot less well known outside.
It's really hard to find a well executed mee goreng, most places get it too wet, don't have fresh ingredients etc etc. The one here however was just right, nice and dry, fresh curry leaves and onions and the even fresh prawn fritters chopped up and fried in.
