Finally came here to try after passing by many times. They have 2 shoplots but are never really crowded. On checking out the menu, their main fare is Teochew porridge. But since I wasn't in the mood for porridge when I visited, I went for the claypot chicken rice instead - RM13 for 1 pax portion and RM16 if you wish to add a small saucer of salted fish.
We added on braised pork meat (RM12) and long beans with oyster sauce (RM6). Unfortunately, I dont think these side dishes are freshly cooked. They're precooked and just scooped up and served to you when you order them - the vegetables were especially already cold when served.
Overall, I feel the food is just mediocre at best. It's my first time ever eating claypot chicken rice that has fried ikan bilis and peanuts in them. Salted fish is quite fragrant, and the claypot chicken rice itself is alright, but honestly - nothing to really shout home about.

The staff didn’t even bother to do anything to tell him. Perhaps, you guys can do something about it.
Food is not bad but this experience puts me off from...

We stop going when it closes down. It reopened at this location which is extremely difficult to find parking. Came back to check it out after running out of ideas where to have dinner. All the side dishes are still available but somehow the special taste is no longer there. Either too salty or too bland. Will not come back. Price is not cheap either. Even the beloved claypot chicken...
