Although I followed the suggested fix, the problem persisted, and I was assured that an exchange would be possible. Since the issue could not be resolved online, I visited your physical store, expecting a fair resolution. However, I was met with dismissive service from your staff, who claimed that the defect was “normal” and that I should handle any further issues myself. Despite this, the problem worsened—the decorative whales kept falling off, and within a month, the earrings completely broke.
