Coco Steamboat Cheras Taynton — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I used to like them but after yesterday visit, i don't think i will go back again

1. Menu price go up by a lot, cheapest set is RM49.

2. Some table didn't respect the PKP rules, my table is just arm length from the next table, not even 50cm apart.

3. Look like they fired a lot of stuff, at 2nd floor, you have 5 staff serving 20 tables. My order missing one item and after telling them 4 times, it only arrive when i want to cancel it

The signature pork bone soup not as rich anymore . Services was ok only . Ask for chop garlic , they don't have ( this is a standard item or condiments in all kl Chinese restaurant ). Noisy 2nd floor air cond seating area due to poor noise insulation. Avoid this place on weekend. Poor queue system. They don't have a dedicated counter to get ur queue number for the table . Instead , I don't even know who to ask or check with cuz everybody seems so busy . After 10 mins then only the person in charge came...

It is very bad service, you said your last call time for 1130pm, but when we reach there 10pm for supper steamboat, your staff is alrdy keeping the chairs inside, it's ok since is late night, but when we was having our meal, the staff starting to swept the floor and mop the floor, and closing the whole store about 1045pm, so what's the meaning for telling us last call at 1130pm? And the service is really bad, the staff just showing us bad face like we are the one who let them can't go...
