Came here almost every week for revision because i really like the environment here. Ordered my drink at 4pm , went down 3 times to see if my order is ready but the bar where you collect your drink is always empty. Fine , maybe you guys are having alot of customer or whatsoever. At 5:00pm went down again , no drinks. By asking the staff there , only knowing they forgot my drink. Never mind , they do another one. I went back up took a 30mins online quiz. 5:30pm , freaking 30 mins , should be done.Unless a cup of venti ice salted caramel macchiato is harder than my Biology online quiz. Went down , no drink on the bar table. A man staff look at me like im here to order MCD. Asked & talk about what happened (basically they forgot my drink , they made another one. ) The man smile and says we didn't forgot your drink , someone else took it. So what , are you expecting me to find that customer out or call the police and make a report ?? Then he continue doing his stuff ignoring me , i stood there and PATIENTLY wait. 5 minutes later , He placed my drink infront of me , not saying thankyou , not saying sorry for waiting , not saying anything , NOTHING. BRUH , other customers took my drink , not saying its your fault , you guys have nothing to do with this. BUT I FREAKING WAITED FOR 2HOURS FOR MY DRINK AND THAT GUY RIGHT THERE LOOK MORE FRUSTRATED THAT I AM. Do i have to apologise for the inconvenience ive made ? Then I made up my mind change to latte, the screen showed was slower than her voice. So I just checked again with her about my order and she already running out of patience. Giving me a long a$$ “ aiyohhhhhh”
When I go to pick up window , I told her your attitude like that how I wanna talk to you. I want my tuna sandwich unheated also I can’t talk coz of your attitude. She just give me side eyes and never answer me , not even a single sorry

Starbucks and Berjaya does not need the boycott to fail, they can do that very well on their own. First their app sucks in comparison, totally not user friendly at all. When it comes to their coffee, their core products, worse. I ordered a Cappucino Vent which is supposed to 20oz i can tell its nothing near 20 oz. I orders cappucino daily from their rivals which is 16oz and it feels much much heavier and more volume. Looks like some sort of scam going on. Than i specifically told the barista to make it extra hot, i got luke warm instead. When i ordered from their competitor with their app, no issues. Their only saving grace is their instore decor, which is good. Make no mistake they did not fail due to boycott, just overpriced subpar products and taking their once loyal customers...
