There is a male employee usually stood by the door / trash can and I have been observing his behaviours on 2 occasions thus far. A rather expressive fella I would say. Have been seen to approach customers on his own a couple times. (not exactly a bad thing if it is kept professionally). It seems that today it was my turn and it turned out to be a rather unique encounter… Perhaps my habit might consider weird? I would usually throw away the ice first in the sink before throwing the cup into the trash. Otherwise it would just make the trash bag wet and drippy. But apparently today, for the first time in my entire life, I was told that “throwing ice into sink will cause the sink to be stuck”. ???. Anyone as lost as I am? Does this man like to approach every customer just to tell them random, no common sense, unneeded feedbacks like this? Does he not know ice will melt? Anyway he told me next time just throw everything into the trash can. While I was still in bewildered state, I went back to the sink, left the tap open for a couple secs, and the ice was gone. I signalled him, “would you like to check for yourself?”. Got ignored. Read moreWell, being brutally honest as it was a bad drive thru experience for me. The lady on the speaker was just a rude one!! She rudely said "Speak louder".. yet I was calm and gave my order. I repeated my order then she again repeated the order and said "confirm right?" I said yes.
When I went to pay, I noticed I was given 2 items less in my order. And I crossed checked with my bill and guess what?she didn't even key it in!!
I parked my car and went in and met her and reminded her that I repeated my order and then u repeated my order, yet u keyed in wrong? She snatches the resit and stares at the young male staff that couldn't you repeated the order again at payment!! I told her " hey that's not fair that you blame that boy for it when you are the one who caused the ruckus!!, learn to take accountability of your actions !!"

Read moreI went to the drive thru. When I reached, I saw only 1 car in front of me. I was there for quite sometime just that I didn't queue first so I was very sure there was just 1 car before me. Even before order, the staff asked me to wait. I don't mind to wait for a while. But it was not a while. It was about 10mins. Gosh! Then I wanted to order crispy fried chicken but they told me I have to wait for 10 mins. If I take original then no need to wait. So I said ok, give me original. After ordering, another round of waiting...worst this time, 20 mins... I would have gotten my crispy chicken by then. This is not fast food, it is super slow food.. really disappointed. Worst thing hasn't come yet. When I reached home and took the chicken.. it was cold and I can definitely tell this chicken has been there for long.. tasted like overnight chicken but reheated to sell to customer.
