Service: Staff chating and customer waiting in line but table not clean, every staffs like clueless what to do when asked and too tired to serve customer I assumed. I had to ask three times for them to serve other customers, 4 staffs in kitchen chit-chat, 2 busy stamping banana leaf, 1 casher dont care about customer queing, and 2 table servers running around pretending busy carrying dhal and curry around in a moment when 5 groups of customer waiting to see if anyone could clean the previous customer table, so they could be seated first.
Food: Rasam is free yes but give you like 10ml of spices and no soup I rather pay if you need to serve proper rasam, mango lassi mixed yogurt and concentrated cordial mango, taste yucks, never in my life seen such lassi, you cannot do non-fresh lassi that is wrong dietry combo! end up I didn't drink at all. food too oily and chicken varuval tasted like it was cook 3 days ago and reheated (correct me if I'm wrong) and what is left is bone and shredded chicken in small pieces for RM 7.90...there is serious quality on your food, please look at customer comments or call me to give free review of your food.
Cleaniness: Floor is oily and slippery me and family almost fell down few times (3x), the worker just see and didn't even bother to clean the floor, wait until customer fell down one day then you start doing something about it, I guess never sue never do anything Malaysian thing, when too late then you start fixing. Spoon and Fork is oily could be because all the food using cooking oil and it spread across the environment to be oily without proper vent.
It all start from worker attitude to take care a good restaurant. Do something BananaBro.
Sincerely, Google...

I recently dined at Bananabro MyTown branch with my family, fyi, i’m your regular customer but today had mixed feelings about our experience. While the restaurant's ambiance and overall menu were pleasant, I was disappointed with how the staff handled our request for rice.
When I asked for more rice, we were told "no sharing" by one of the staff members, which felt unnecessarily restrictive (yes I did share some rice with my three year old son since there’s no add on for rice on the menu. I only ate modest portion of rice so I thought it was okay).
The staff's response felt a bit unaccommodating. Additionally, we felt uncomfortable when all the ground staff gathered and seemed to watch us intently from the counter. This made us feel scrutinized and affected our dining experience negatively.
I decided to speak with what I believed to be the most active staff member, based on my frequent visits, to address this issue. While the active staff member was more understanding, the initial prohibition created an uncomfortable situation.
I understand that not all restaurants can provide extensive options, but a more flexible or empathetic approach from the staff would have made a difference. I really don’t mind paying extra for rice. It would be helpful if the restaurant could consider ways to better address such requests in the future or clearly communicate any limitations upfront.
Overall, while the food was satisfactory, this aspect of the service left us with a less...
