Tried their nasi ayam kunyit bcs i was in the area. For RM7.50, this is quite a catch for a simple meal in the middle of KL! The chicken is well marinated, i liked how it's garing on the outside and still quite juicy on the inside. The ratio of veggies and chicken is quite balanced. The sambal belacan is so good. The umami-ness and it's not too belacan that makes me want to tear off my nose. Also, they cook it upon ordering so you'll get to have it freshly off the wok. Came at 5pm, there's still some malay cuisine lauk like terung belado, perut masak lemak and more. Will surely come back to try other food as well someday 👍🏼 (pic is after i ate half of the portion. Didn't really plan on leaving a review)

Pernah makan sini waktu tengah hari, dan malam. Aku akan cakap tentang makan tengah hari. Lauk dia banyak juga, ingatkan sikit. Pilihan dia tak kedekut, kau boleh berfikir sekejap sementara nak pilih ambil lauk untuk kombinasi nasi campur yang sempurnakan hari. Daging kunyit, ayam kicap, talapia, terung gulai, bawal kari, ulam-ulam segar, kopok lekor, pisang goreng dan sebagainya. Makanannya pun, tak kurang dari segi rasa, rempah dan bahan mentahnya tidaklah buat kau rasa kecewa, nak tambah pun ada, macam masakan rumah gitu.

Dekor kedai yang unik! Harap ramai lagi pemilik kedai akan datang di KL untuk jaga dekor dan fizikal kedai macam pemilik CanteenSkolah. Kedai mereka biasanya teratur, sedap mata memandang dan selesa. Kenapa restoran masakan Melayu kadang tu suka biarkan restorannya jadi stor? Kekal misteri.

Tapi ruang untuk penambahbaikan, sentiasa ada. Dari segi makanan aku belum boleh jelaskan dengan rinci apa yang perlu ditambahbaik. Mungkin setakat ni, harap ada pilihan untuk bayar guna QR Code (Duitnow) atau card payments mungkin?
