I just had the most incredible experience at Chagee Pavilion Bukit Jalil ! As a self-proclaimed connoisseur of all things liquid, I was blown away by the creativity, craftsmanship, and sheer deliciousness of their drinks.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the friendly staff, who were happy to guide me through their extensive menu. The atmosphere was lively and modern, with a trendy vibe that made me feel like I was in on a secret.

But onto the main event – the drinks! I opted for the signature "Sunset in a Glass," a mesmerizing blend of citrus, spice, and a hint of sweetness. It was love at first sip! The flavors danced on my palate, and the presentation was almost too beautiful to disturb (almost).

What truly impressed me, though, was the attention to detail. From the artisanal garnishes to the carefully crafted ice cubes, it was clear that the mixologists at Chagee Pavillion Bukit Jalil are masters of their craft.

The polite smiles of the counter staff and the excellent service of a staff member wearing a name tag outside were outstanding! If the manager sees this review, please reward these two employees for their excellent work! On Sunday, July 28, 2024, at 5 PM, the female staff member at the counter and the male staff member with the name tag outside provided such great service. I tried to ask for their names to include in this review, but they modestly said to just mention the store without their names. As someone also working in the F&B industry, I must applaud their professionalism. I have had Chagee several times.
