I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zeus Cheras Leisure Mall, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and vibrant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.

I would like to extend a special appreciation to Manager Ain, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my visit. She was not only professional but also took the time to ensure that every guest had a positive experience.

The menu at Zeus Cheras Leisure Mall is diverse, offering a range of delicious dishes that cater to various preferences. The food was not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavor. It's clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their creations.

Moreover, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were impressive, contributing to a comfortable dining environment.

Update 2: Another visit, but this time I handed over my tumbler at the time of ordering. Ordered extra hot cappuccino - and stressed that I wanted HOT. Got my drink, but it was cold and had a layer of thick sickly sweet cream on top. Huh? Waited 40mins for 2nd order, despite it being 8:30am on a Sunday - 2 staff and about 3 customers!!

I will avoid this branch in future. Too many issues.

Update 1: Second visit to same outlet. Exactly the same thing happened. Clearly stated on the order that was using a Tumbler AND wrote in the comments to “wait for my tumbler”. Arrived within 5 mins and there it was … in a plastic cup. Arrrgh!

First time at this outlet - same excellent coffee and good service. However, minus one star for an issue I’ve experienced at several other branches recently. Your baristas often don’t appreciate the reason why some people bring a tumbler. Maybe they assume it’s to get 10% discount. Or to keep their drinks hotter / colder. But it MUST be part of their training to understand that some customers user their own tumbler because they refuse to use non-reusable, non-recyclable plastic-lined throw-away cups. For someone with a conscience and an acute understanding of the damage these cups are doing to our environment, imagine the feeling when a barista makes your drink in a plastic cup and then pours it into your flask.
