Detailed Personal Review:: ++ Very good service and attitude by the servers; warm and considerate ++ Good atmosphere; cafe style and ambient; kid-friendly; ++ Toilet and overall facilities generally clean ++ Pistachio Mochi Cheesecake saved the day

Food is wayyyy overpriced for its quality — Mushroom soup priced RM26 but the portion is so-so, when asked why the price, was told that the mushroom was big. Couldn’t tell what was the special mushroom used and it was very salty. I have tasted better mushroom soup at much cheaper rates. — Prawn Risotto had a very weird smell, it was very salty for the wife too. — Fish and Chips was salty and the wife found a bone in the fish, but is not too bad. Fries was okay. — Uji Matcha normal cafe price but a tad short / small.. expected good quality matcha but just so-so.

Overall, paid RM180 for the above. Didn’t feel that worth it. But this is just my personal take. Felt grateful I didn’t try the Wagyu...

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. We made an advance reservation for the Christmas dinner on 25/12/2024. Even though we were given a 2-hour dining time, we had to wait over an hour for our Christmas meal to arrive. This was unacceptable, especially since there was no communication from the staff about the delay.

Additionally, because the Christmas dinner was served later in the evening, our dessert was only brought out 15 minutes before the dining time ended. As soon as the time was up, we were asked to leave because the next group of guests had arrived.

Overall, the Christmas meal didn’t taste good at all. The Black Forest dessert was also very disappointing. Considering the meal was not cheap, the service and food quality were far below what we had anticipated. My friend and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the entire experience.

On a positive note, the beverage drinks were quite good and helped to somewhat redeem the experience. I hope they can improve on customer service...

Premium price match with premium food

DRINK Hot Matcha RM14 with perfect aroma, texture and flavour. Iced Mocha RM14 rich chocolate with light notes of bitter and complement the coffee well. The taste of caffeine was not as strong as other cafes, which is nice.

FOOD Pesto RM24 fresh grassy pesto spegetti match with the cook chicken cube and cheese on top, can beat with Serai. .. Yummy 😋 Duck Cannelloni RM34 the portion doesn't look as big as how lasagna normally are but this isn't lasagna, although it does look like it. Despite half the size, it is very filling. Cheese is in general portion but won't stuff you up, tomato sauce tastes like it was made in house and the duck wasn't too rough as how duck's usually are. All in all each ingredient complement each other very well.

Environment Clean and nice ambience. Lunch time abit crowded

Service Very polite lenglui help to refill water and recommend their matcha drink to us.
