Domino's Jalil Jaya — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

i am writing this while feeling disgusted and dissapointed at this branch of dominos. first of all, i decided to buy 1 personal pizza and placed my order at 10PM. i understand it’ll take time for my order and food to complete but, i am very shocked to watch the whole process of the worker / chef to make my pizza.

he started off with collecting my cash (they only accept cash btw) and straight away kneaded the dough, at this point i was so shocked cause everyone knows how disgusting dirty cash is, and he never wore gloves, or even washed and sanitised his hands before making the pizza. after that, he started sneezing so he went to a corner in front of the trash can and sneezed while laying his hands on the trash can itself. even worse is he continues kneading the dough and used his bare hands to take the ingredients like onions, cheese, tuna, etc. and topped it on my pizza.

i was too hungry and just made sure the pizza is heated alot until i think the germs are gone 😭 but i really hope the manager of this place properly trains every worker to be clean....

Ordered via Grab at 8:30pm. Did not receive my order so I called dominos hotline at least 5 times and nobody picked up! Finally got the message that my order was delivered at 1:30am, 5 hours after ordering but when I went down to check, there was no sign of my food! By this time, the store was closed and Grab customer support ends at 10pm so there was no way to contact anyone to arrange any sort of refund! Grab also states that a refund is not possible 8 hours after "receiving" the order but by the time Grab customer support opens at 10am, more than 8 hours had passed!!! I had a feeling the whole thing was done on purpose. I know it'a a festive season and all, but if you cannot handle the volume of orders, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE NEW ORDERS!!! Shame on...

Wish to express my utter utter disappointment with Domino's delivery service. I Placed my order at 7.15pm via call center (CC), and they told me my pizza will arrive in half an hour, but no sight of pizza after 1 hour, I call up CC again at 8.15pm, and was told outlet (no sure which outlet serves Bukit Jalil area) has no rider, but the Store Manager promised to deliver my pizza in 15 minutes. Call CC again after another half an hour and NO pizza, CC checked & told me they had placed the 2nd order for me and I need to wait for another 1 hour! Which means In total, I need to wait 2.5 hours for my pizza!! Problem is, why no one call us when you don't have rider & can't deliver? And why do CC still take my order knowing well that the outlet...
