2nd day CNY. Most restaurant only can order CNY package starting 699!! Came back here same like last year. Service very poor. Tables not clean. After tick menu wave for worker attention ignore. Food came quick though. Last year taste so so but this year taste better. Order 2 type siew Loong pau only send one. After finished we enquire then only told us the other type sold out. Basic service failed. Missed one dish toong poh yoke did not send. Again call no response and finally we give the manager a piece of mind, he apologised and arrange. Oatmeal prawn best. Claypot brinjal nicely done. Toong poh yoke melt in mouth. Salty vege fish soup was done right this time. No uncomfortable tongue feeling like last year. Chinese tea sold by glass RM5 refillable. Normally can order by pot refillable too. Imagine came in a big group Chinese tea would cost a bomb. Fried tau foo cube crispy outside but soft and slippery inside. Good. The sesame ball soya was bland. Only the 2 sesame ball is good. Not cheap. For food would have rated 4 but the poor service reduced 1 star to 3. I don't expect to have such service in this brunch and the area. So friendly, so careful, so cultivate, receptive, and many more. If someone doing good, we need to give good complimentary, therefore people who works around, may get more optimistic and confident.

My visit on May 26, 2022 truly very gratifying. Service absolutely very good and a comfortable dining experience. But, when there is a good thing, there will be a bad thing also, not much but a minor one. Your xiao long bao meat taste not that good. Since this is your signature dish, maybe you need improve more by keeping the meat fresh and tastier. Otherwise, not a big issue and still edible and moderate enjoyment.

Checked in 11.09am (from mysejahtera). Since i have appointment at 12pm at You Vista, so i ordered some simple food because La Mian & Dim Sum not available yet. Drinks & fried rice arrived quite fast. After my son finished the fried rice & my drinks also almost finish at 11.50am, i decided to take away the Gu Lou Yuk & Fried Tung Fern. I paid using my Samsung Pay at 12.01pm. I am the only customer at that time. The table which captain asked me to sit was hot, i asked captain to ON the aircond, he said the aircond damaged, i was wondering why asked to sit there when the aircond was damaged.
