Two stars solely for the food as my family & I love their food and kopi kaw. However, we noticed that the mee siam is not as good as previous. Texture is hard and less flavorful. What makes it even disappointing is the customer service. The outlet staff were cleaning up tables and kitchen around 7:20pm when I arrived and they don’t look welcoming at all (although operating hours until 8pm). I placed my order anyways (already no more beverages at that point of time) and they rejected two customers who came around 7:26pm stating that shop closed. Overpriced local kopitiam food. A packet of nasi lemak with chicken comes with 3 barely visible pieces of chicken. Toasted peanut butter with kaya that comes with 2 slices of white bread is priced close to RM 6. IMHO, drinks are the only best seller here though they sell their "Signature" coffee for close to RM 8 for a small cup. I would go for Starbucks Americano any time for the same price range. I was ordering 3 teh tarik (2 it's 25% little sugar level),but the 2 cup it's NOT actuall 25% sugar just like I'm drinking teh like drinking sugar in my tea?

When I come back to this outlet to ask staff to exchange the new cup with less sugar,but staff cannot to exchange a new cup for me and they add more ice but still same so sweet. What a joke! But end up still same taste and just throw away the tea and wasted the money to drink a air sirap taste.That's a bit disappointed for the service to exchange new cup.

I hope management can pay attention for the drinking sugar level to adjust...
