Been here many time. Decent food with reasonable price. However will nvr come again.

I understand that dining out, I can't ask for 100% cleanliness. But I definitely cannot accept a cockroach 🪳 🪳🪳 running across my serving tray!!! Called nicely n quietly for assistance as I din wanna scare other ppl, but the restaurant waiters were just totally ignorant. Foreign worker A din understand, call for foreign worker B, then finally called for a Chinese. "Where?" "It was running around here" Then he just took the tray without saying anything. For a moment I was wondering should I wait or should I go or will they move my table? No one came to say anything, so I myself moved to another table as I already drinking my coffee. So moments later, a new tray of food was served without saying anything. Shockingly, they also didn't bother to clean the table I sat on n just let the next customer sit. When making payment, no apology was given. I cannot tolerate the attitude hence I asked, how come you all no response or wipe the table after my feedback? "Because we din see the 🪳. HELLO. Food taste is good but the service was slow. I brought my dog with me so I was sitting at outdoor seating area. When I wanted to order and I pressed the bell, no one was coming to serve, until the second time I pressed. But after waited for 45mins, no dish was served. After pressing 3 times of bell, only someone came to ask and tried to check for me, and the result was my order was not being placed. And after rush the kitchen and served the dish, it was not the dish I ordered.

I can understand that you might not have enough manpower especially during weekend peak hour. I did have enough patience for this round but I will consider whether will come for second time.

First time here to try out the lunch set curry noodle. The curry soup was thick and tasty and I liked it so much except the portion was small which’s fine for me but if you are a big eater then I am sure u will need to add some extra stuff. The set came with an option of coffee and I ordered white coffee after I finished my curry noodle as I always wanted the coffee served in hot, this disappointed me as it was in warm and not hot enough. Environment was ok but as you could see from the table, there’s no tissue paper. I think a decent restaurant at Arkadia with service charge of 10% shall provide tissue on the table, it’s part of the services indeed. If I come back again and the aforementioned issues can be improved then they shall deserve another star to have 4...
