The food was alright but what ruined my experience was the service. I arrived 2:30pm and the cashier walked out and told me their last order is in 10 mins, and I said yes sure we can order in time. And she said yes and you have to finish and leave by 3:20pm and she added that she doesnāt think we can eat fast enough - please note all of this so far was communicated with a very bad attitude the moment I arrived. I said but why do we have to leave by 3:20pm when your website says you close 3:30pm she answered they need 10 minutes to clean up after we leave then it will be 3:30pm.
I said yes Iām sure we can finish in time so she very reluctantly said ok and let us in. And the whole time we were there we had the other cashier staff telling us they close 3:30pm again which we were already made very aware of. We finished eating and paid the bill by 3:25pm and the lady gave me my change and said sternly we are closed already, to which we were already preparing to leaving so it felt like we were being chased out while there was still another table occupied.
I understand that the staffs want their rest times but I think things should be communicated nicely. Iām also in hospitality and I know that this is not the way to speak to customers. Itās a pity because even though the food was not bad, the whole experience was ruined by the 2 cashier girls at the front. Itās heartbreaking especially when this was my favorite franchise to eat at in Seoul and seeing that it is here I had always wanted to try it. But my experience was sadly masked by the terrible service. I really hope that things...

The outlet in Bamboo Hill is decidedly more spacious, posh and bright. Apart from regular tables, I spotted a counter style kitchen for more casual dining.
ā¾Opted for a set at RM177 consisted of Samgyeopsal-Pork Belly + Teukmoksal-Collar Butt + One Stew + Steamed Eggs with Flying Fish Roe. As per SOP, the service crew would grill the meat for you starting from cutting the slabs of meat into smaller bite size. It took just a bite to know that the meat is of high quality, grilled to perfection. Just wrap with the lettuce and put all the given condiments together. ā¾Spicy Cold Noodle RM27 was nice with a spicy kick, reminded me of the exact same noodle I had in South Korea. This dish will appease those who like their noodle served icy cold. ā¾Such a nice lunch called for a bottle of soju and it certainly uplift the lunch. ā¾Note: no banchan is given though.
The best Korean BBQ in Malaysia for me so far. And this outlet in Bamboo Hill is the only place that accept reservation. The others require walk-in and queue like...
