She patiently smile and repeatedly explained to us the procedure to order (to get the enamel pin.) [1 Large gardenia green milk tea + any milk tea = get free enamel pin] *limited time & stock to get the pin (i guess)*

Nice environment. Was sitting outdoor waiting for my drinks. One Malay specky lady staff chased us away and asked us to wait elsewhere for our drinks. She said Chagee is halal & no pet (cats or dog) is allowed. Cant even wait there for take away despite no Muslim customers in that outdoor area. There wasnt any No Pets sign put up. She just made us feel unwelcome. Extremely bad customer service. Previous visit asked the guy staff at the counter whether can bring pet for outdoor area. He didnt say cannot. He said its up to UOA management. When we were at UOA showroom, the staff said pets are allowed as long as they don’t...

I ordered 3 cups of chagee from Bamboo Hills on 14/7 at 5pm from Food Panda. When I receive my order, I want to scan the QR code in order to collect points, but I found that the receipt didn't have any QR code for me to scan. The part of the QR code was tear-off.
