Have been bangsar Healy Mac’s for many times, encountered bad experience with a foreign worker short guy today on 26/5 evening. We ordered 14 pints but it turns out 15 pints in the bill, we ask for the staff to check the bill because there was a time it comes 2 pint when we only ordered for 1 pint, he was immediately took the additional 1 pint away. the services was really unhappy and unbelievably happened here, at a time that very memorable, he said that “this is not an Indian shop this is Healy Mac’s’’ he dare not listen our single word and keep denied and asking whereas did we record every single minute when the beer serve for the night…. we truly sighed and shocked about his attitude, so then, we asked to talk with manager instead, but he came back with the merchant machine and ask me to pay, and I ask what’s the bill now? but he hesitate at first but still give in the end and continue with “I pay the 1 pint” and he continues “you are not allowed to come Healy Mac’s next time” …… this is how I ended up with my favor Healy Mac’s but very unpleasantly treatment in KL....

We went there last Wednesday. They were just opened a week ago. The service is so good. Arman was very attentive. We tried their Nasi Lemak pizza. Crispy crust, crispy anchovies, perfectly boiled eggs, the pizza was sooooooo good. My only complain is the tomato sauce at the outer layer of the crust. It would have been nice if it was a Sambal sauce. I hate tomato sauce, so I left the outer part. Otherwise, it's one of the best pizza in town. The food came on time, though the place was packed.

Their lemon honey hot tea was so good. We stuffed ourselves with cake before going there. So we could not try other items in the menu.

But the two items we tried here were soooo good. Will visit there again. Only issue is finding a parking in bangsar is a nightmare.

Newly opened, great location. LIke its sister pubs across KL its well laid out with tv's(Sports bar) and tables. Plenty of staff and generally good service accepting its in 1st month so there will be hiccups. Food snacks good, from great wings to OK nachos (bit flavourless). WC situation not great as unlike other locations, they don't have their own toilets, they are shared as part of shopping area and no dedicated mens so can be a longish wait. HM have nice guy in the evening making sure toilets are clean and has toiletries and mints, but still an inconvenience. Final comment, perhaps a little unfair as staff new and trying hard but unlike the amazing service in other 3 Healy Mac's in KL, staff just missing that HAPPY engagement/connection with customers and specifically the service with a smile.
