We made a reservations prior to our visit. When we are already sat at our table, staff requested to move us which we agreed as it is no harm. The staff then take 3 menu sheets and just toss it on our 'new table' like that. Like no manner at all. And not to mention he didnt set the table for us and just focus on the new customers who take our previous table. I asked him to set the table numerous times and he just said 'Nanti'. When we want to order, he only gave us hand gesture of 'Nanti' again. We waited 15 minutes for him to come to take order after so many 'nanti' hand gesture. If he really cannot cope with the job as a waiter, which at that time not so many customers pun, sila lah cari kerja lain bro! With this kind of service from him, do you expect us to enjoy the foods ? NO! But even if this never happened, their foods are just so-so. Not like other Serai/Jibby outlets.
We ordered:- Peking duck half - Enough to cater 8 of us. It was good and it is the only good from Jibby Chow tho. Macam kelakar, ni je sedap. Hek!
Broccoli - It was more like broccoli in oyster sauce soup ? But luckily enough the broccoli is cooked just nice.
Salted egg calamari - Calamari was soggy despite it was deep fried.
Lemon chicken - Was good. Chicken is tender, the gravy is not too lemony and sweet.
Stir fry kailan - The enoki is over fried that we cannot trace any taste of enoki. Eventho enoki is quite bland but usually we would taste the mushroomy.
Hainanese chicken rice - The chicken is not juicy or tender. This very easy menu also cannot cooked well ke ?
Szechuan dumpling - Dolly is way better! And other dumplings I could not recall as none is wow. And that rude waiter missed 1 order. Dah lah malas, pekak pulak tu!
If it was not because of the celebrated friend's craving of peking duck, we would have leave the outlet immediately after experience we encounter with that Malay boy waiter. Please improve your attitude if your want to survive in this world lah der.

First and foremost, let’s talk about the food. We ordered the Squid Ink Spaghetti Aglio Olio, Half a Peking Duck, and BBQ Glazed Lamb Belly. The pasta was alright; just the right amount of spiciness, however it was rather bland not as savory as I would’ve liked. The Peking Duck was my personal favorite, as it also comes with 8 pieces of Chinese Pancakes, so I had a lot of fun “designing” my “Fajita Wrap”; 2 slices of duck, some plum sauce, slices of cucumber and to top it off, sprinkle of spring onions! The BBQ Glazed Lamb Belly was pretty juicy and tender, and the savory sweet sauce hits all the right nodes on my taste buds!
For drinks, I ordered the Ni Hao Coconut, which was coconut water mixed with coconut ice cream. The drink was very sweet, although as a coconut flesh eater I was annoyed that I had paid so much for the coconut (about 6 times roadside stall price), yet the flesh was so tough I can’t even dig it out with the provided spoon. So much wasted flesh.
Regarding service staff, they were exceptionally professional and friendly. The staff who served us were very fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, which is a rarity nowadays.
Finally, I must say that the restaurant is very comfortable. It was spacious, well air conditioned, and a very easy place to have a conversation with business partners, family members, relatives and significant others. The interior design is also contemporary and classy, making it a good place to update your socials on what you are doing today!
All in all, I would likely revisit this place for a small celebration with family and friends in the near future, as it’ll be somewhere I’ll treat myself after a victory...

The manager/supervisor has poor knowledge of table arrangements. Went there was given a table at terrace despite a lot of empty tables with no reservation sign on it , offered by Saiful (his reply was only terrace is available, replied ok and his reply was ohhh you are ok with terrace) He expected us to leave lol. Called their number immediately and I got a table inside. I confronted the person incharge a lady, her reply was oh don't get him wrong he knows nothing. Now you want to teach me how to feel hmmm and the issue was swept under the rug like it was not a big deal. Interesting! Disparity at its best. Their focus was on the larger pax behind curtain area probably for a bigger tip.
Poor knowledge on handling customers. For instance, customer gets to decide what they want to eat and whether they can afford it or not. This restaurant staff said oh lobster fried rice is RM 150 you don't need that, oh the fish is one whole fish around 1.2 kgs RM 120++ you want that (with a doubtful tone and facial expression whether we can afford it or not).Wow insulting and spoilt the mood of enjoying my dinner. I want to eat what I want to eat. You don't get to decide my expenditure that was very unprofessional and demeaning. Must be poor exposure of handling people. So, you don't want the customer to order food they want.
Food was okay nothing to scream about.
Been to Jibby and co Subang Jaya so many times never had such an issue. Jibby and Chow, Bangsar this is the first and last time I'm going here. Probably send your supervisor and manager to Jibby and Co for training.
Otherwise, waitress and waiter were kind. Their superiors...
