If the review is too long just refer to my fair advice.
Spilled Tea Fair Advice those who are 22 y/o and below, just reconsider. if you want to drink beer or any alcohol, play pool and chill, come back when you're 22 y/o and above. they'd assume you don't have the money to afford anything on the menu.
Before I begin this banter,
I've never had the urge to write a review about a place before. But somehow, this place managed to fill up this cup of tea to the point that it's spilled tea.
So, every place has its own disadvantages, "like a fish out of the water" kind of vibes. The Social, has the atmosphere, has the environment, has decent food but - the service; especially the waiters.
In my experience, I was with a group of friends, we wanted to has a chill outing and have some drink. However, there was this one waiter, looked like a walnut came to serve. We wanted to order a few alcoholic beverages, mind you: most of us are 21 y/o and above. After ordering what we wanted, the waiter said that it's apparently only available to 22 y/o and above. A week before this happened, we had ordered the same alcoholic beverages but nothing about age consent was mentioned.
Then, with my confused state, I asked why during that week we could order, and they just showed a smile w/o reason. (even the manager) From my understanding and deduction of this situation, I assume their pool table is also for 22 y/o and above. Their alcoholic beverages is also 22 y/o and above.

Read moreBeen here countless times and the service has been prompt in all good days except for yesterday.
I was there with a friend for a drink yesterday and it turned out to be a bad day. The waiter serving our table approached us with the menu and left it on the table and walked away without a word.
After a couple of minutes, we called him to place our orders and he listened to our orders and got it right, by serving us our drink. My request for water was forgotten and when I enquired, he did not say anything but walked away to return with one. Immediately, I prompted the manager on duty to inform on the way I was being treated - nothing changed I guess. Even when we were asked if we wanted for another glass of drink, it lacked any sincerity or friendliness.
My problem with the service was he was not communicating with us either to acknowledge or repeat our order or being courteous. Even when we paid, there was not even a simple word of thanks or appreciating our business there.
I am disappointed with service. Will I be back, yes! Not anytime...
Read moreCame back here after a year. But the service are still the same. Lack of attention. I was the first customer seated outside. Wanted to order, there were no one outside, I had to stand up to get their attention and when a guy came, instead of taking my order, he told me that I could scan and order. I don't understand this mentality. You have already came to my table, you can just take my order straightaway. There were 4 staffs and only 6 tables and yet, we had to wave a few times to get the staff attention (mind you that it was not at all a busy lunch crowd). They even talk to each other in front of the bar when we waved and I had to say ‘excuse me’ in a loud voice. And its not evnn busy but I have to share drinks menu with a friend of mine when they can give us another one. Food was nice, crispy duck never failed us even after years. The corn ribs could have been better, maybe choose a sweeter corn? Cause all we tasted was the spice and not the sweet side of the corn. I worked in an FnB outlet as well, hence I need to...
