Few places I would like to say about this place I experienced today 20/12/2020:
1- honestly, they sell one of the best gyozas in Selangor. It’s actually hot on the inside and it went for the crispy one side and soft on the other side. The chicken filling is delightful and happens to be my favourite dish when eating here. Keep up the quality of this dish and I’ll keep coming back for more!
2- I ordered the kitsune udon with an add on egg on top and it’s quite delicious and light. The noodles are springy like it should, the soup is clear and well seasoned which is light enough for me to drink the whole bowl! The tofu was sweet and reminded me the time when I ate kitsune ramen in Japan. The only issue I had was the add on egg which was ice cold honestly. You could consider making an oden egg out of it rather than just a normal egg.
3- my boyfriend ordered the Beef Udon and he mentioned the noodles are perfect too and the beef tasted homemade. Again, the add on egg was cold and plain. Please improve the egg and ensure it’s hot rather than ice cold.
4- The price is a bit above average but I understand if the ingredients are made fresh and on the spot. But the price is definitely not suited for students but just right for working people. Hopefully the ingredients are fresh to justify the price.
Overall, it’s quite a decent place. The taste and quality of the food is to not be underestimated so I’d recommend try out their Udons since it’s the restaurant’s speciality. But I totally recommend the gyoza too! Worth it!
Review Update (22nd October 2021)
It's been a while since I've been here ever since MCO and the COVID-19 event happened, I missed eating here and I decided to come dine here the moment the lockdown is lifted.
Here is my revised commment on the items I ate:
1- I bought a Kitsune Udon and it's delicious

Overall, it is recommendable. The noodles are the main highlight, but other items such as the drinks and sides do not fall behind. And with a decently priced menu, I believe this place has great potential.
Notes on the food: the noodles are extremely springy which is amazing, and I particularly enjoyed the katsu and miso soup sides. There is no lack of flavor in either, and the katsu texture is perfect along with the sauce.
My only gripe is with the minced chicken noodle dish... Sauce is way too sweet and overpowering! Would recommend further taste-testing in the kitchen to adjust the recipe. I could not even bring myself to finish it.
My second order of noodles, the duck carbonara, was pretty good.
Everything else, including the eggs, and roasted matcha latte is perfection. You'll never find silkier egg yolks anywhere else.
I would also add that, it is better to serve the matcha latte with a long spoon if there are red beans added (otherwise it's very difficult to eat the beans).
Personally, as a noodle lover, I'm excited to see a new Udon franchise opening up in the neighborhood. The service was impeccable, albeit a little slow (as new restaurants do take time to adjust).
I also noticed that the table arrangement near the entrance was much too close, making it difficult for customers to get in or out, or the staff to serve food. Would recommend spacing out the tables there some more.
I look forward to my...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I ordered their dry chicken minced meat udon, soft shell crab maki, and the salmon sashimi (we forgot the photos). I had read previous reviews mentioning that their dry udon was too sweet, but it turns out it's not overly sweet; it's just perfect, and I enjoyed every single bite of it. It seems like they've taken customer feedback into account and adjusted the dish accordingly.
I ordered it as part of the RM15 lunch set, and added two sides for RM10, making it a fantastic deal. The soft shell crab maki was delicious and the perfect bite size. The salmon sashimi was exceptionally fresh, and the cuts were perfect. I also noticed that they offer ever after dessert here. I'm looking forward to returning to try their other dishes and perhaps ending the meal...
